About this case study:

The following case study has been extracted from a broader case study conducted by the International Economic Development Council on public-private-partnerships within the District of Columbia. More specifically, the case-study analyzes the BusinessPremier program and its related sub-initiatives all of which have been deemed to be nationally recognized model programs.  BusinessPremier was established and managed by NMC Consulting Group founder, Natalie M. Cofield, from 2006-2009.

Launched in 2004 under the patronage of Stan O’Neal, Chairman and CEO of Merrill Lynch, and the British Foreign Secretary the Rt. Hon. Jack Straw, MP, the Atlantic Fellowship was an international exchange program sponsored by the late Merrill Lynch and endorsed by the United Kingdom Foreign and Commonwealth Office.  The program aimed at exceptional high school students in under-served areas of the US and the UK, provided students with the opportunity to discover the variety of careers in the financial services industry.
